Starter includes a one-page, mobile-friendly website with one contact form and Basic SEO. Pro includes up to three mobile-friendly pages, up to two forms, Enhanced SEO, and an image gallery. Both packages include the first year of hosting managed by BigByte. Annual hosting renewal, domain registration, and post-launch website updates are billed separately as applicable. Standard packages do not include WordPress, a CMS, or customer editing access.

BigByte manages hosting for both packages. The first year begins when your website goes live and is included in the development price. Hosting includes ordinary infrastructure administration needed to operate the hosted website. Domain registration is not included; you are responsible for keeping your domain registration current.

Consultation comes first. We confirm your requirements and total price, then invoice you for 100% of the agreed development price before development begins. First-year hosting is included. Later hosting renewals are manually invoiced at $59.99 annually, with no automatic renewal charges. The inquiry form does not collect payment or obligate you to purchase.

A full development refund is available before development begins. Once development begins, refunds are determined based on work completed and undelivered work. If BigByte cannot complete the agreed project, we refund the portion attributable to undelivered work. Once a renewed hosting term begins, renewal fees are non-refundable and not prorated, except where required by law or if BigByte fails to provide the agreed service. See our Terms of Service.

After full payment, you own your completed website deliverables, subject to third-party licenses. You control your domain. You can request your completed website files at no additional charge. Migration and configuration assistance with another hosting provider cost extra. Standard packages do not include WordPress, a CMS, or customer editing access. Request files before the hosting file-retention period ends.

Hosting renewal is $59.99 annually for either package. We manually invoice you 30 days before expiration. There are no automatic renewal charges, and you may decline renewal. Contact us if you do not wish to renew.

Share accurate business information, your logo, and available images. You must have permission to use the materials you supply. We may help with basic website text and suitable images within the agreed scope. You review and approve the website before launch, provide needed project access and feedback, and keep your domain registration current.

You receive a 15-day grace period after hosting expires, and your website remains online during that period. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, the website is suspended. Website files are retained for 30 days after suspension. After that period, files may be permanently deleted, subject to applicable law. Request your completed files or arrange migration before the retention period ends.

Yes. After full payment, you can request your completed website files at no additional charge. Migration and configuration assistance on another provider cost extra. You may decline BigByte hosting renewal. Any applicable hosting-renewal refund follows the policy in our Terms of Service.
